I put the stecil on with deoderant and it looked great, then when the tatooing started, it rubbed right off and I couldn’t see a thing! My tattoo artist can wipe down her stencil like crazy and it never fades! What’s the trick?

theres a chemical that we use to apply the stencil. it sounds like you are doing this at home and you are an inexperienced “scratcher” that doesnt know what you’re getting into. have you ever heard of cross-contamination? how about bloodborne pathogens? you obviously dont know what youre doing. Rule # 1 : NEVER use deodorant to put on a stencil.
What you dont realize is that you’re taking someones life into your hands because you’ve watched too much miami ink and you want to be a rockstar. you could really hurt someone or worse.
You should leave it to us professionals.

Dont use deodorant use neat dettol not the cheap sh*t put this on and leave a few minutes to go tacky then apply your transfer. when you start your tattoo always start at the bottom so when your cleaning your not going right over the the whole thing your only wiping over the work you have carried out another alternative is to apply a very small amount of vaseline dont over do it hope this helps dude
