i don’t think there isn’t any in new york but you can go to Pinoytattoos.com. There are like 3 artists in the US that can do Baybayin listed in directory of the site. F.Y.I there might be more but that’s how much there is for now. But if you just want to do it in new york, you can go click on translations (just click it) then you can buy a custom baybayin translation design. With that design bring it to any tattoo parlor in new york and have them tattoo it on your body.
